I don’t know what I’m going to do
You’re standing there naked and true.
Always on the side
waiting for me.
What do I have that you see?
What is it with me?
Never trust a breathing thing.
Never allow love between.
Distance myself from all below,
making the fall soft and hard.
Never calculate the pain I throw.
Never count the tears that grow.
Alone I see my faults
buried amongst these fallen wings.
Another can be my heaven
since salivation is too late for me.

WOW!!! Finally have Internet. It seems these mountains make it hard to get an internet connection. So, here I am in Quito (the face of god) Ecuador. At 9,300 feet you get tired fast. My first day Thursday the 1st of Feburary went by quickly since I slept in. Afterwards I went around the city With my host family and then we went to the mountains around 11,400 feet high to hot water springs about an hour South West of Quito. We arrived at 9:30 and it was freezing out side, but the natural hot water kept us warm. I slept the entire way back.
Friday I went to the teleferiqo – which is a ride up the side of the pinchincha mountain. http://www.teleferiqo.com/teleferico2005/mapa.htm – I took a lot of pictures here… It was great but got a little cold at 10,200 feet above sea level.
Saturday was the wedding – Eli – And it was great… More photos in my photos page – more to come from the Middle of The World.
