We all hate Mondays! Six days without caffeine and I think my withdrawal is spiking again. In the morning the alarm clock blasted from across the room(the only way I’ve found to actually to physically get up in the morning.) My body was paralyzed, well not really paralyzed, but all the muscles were on strike. I could feel the a stream of cells marching inside every muscle, marching so hard that it was burning. That was the start of a long day.
It took forever to get out of the bed, or so it felt, the clock counted ten minutes. Pain has this ability to alter time. The last time I felt like this was when I tried skiing and ended up dislocating a shoulder. The nice hot shower cooled down the muscles and most of them went back to work, a couple of stragglers still were protesting.
Now I didn’t go to the Gym. I know my body needed a day to recover, but did do a form of exercise as I carried a computer (standard tower case) six blocks in the pouring rain. My biceps were screaming at me in there own burning tongue.
For food I cooked up scrambled eggs and had a V-8. For lunch Tuna Fish on top of a salad. I’ve been drinking a ton of water all week, AAAAAAAAAAAhhhhhh…. Almost a week. For dinner I had a steamed some vegetables. Wasn’t very hungry, but was bored so I went to the movies. “Pirates” wasn’t that bad, it was fun but the writing could of been a bit better. I like how Johnny Depp’s character Jack Sparrow talked to himself, kind of like that other Johny Depp character in “Secret Window” The effects kept you involved, more then the dialogue. In all the third instalment of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” reminded me a little bit of “Braveheart”.
Generally for Day 6 I’m tired, exhausted and my muscles are starting to go back on strike… ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
