Nikola Tesla was born July 10th 1856 in present day Croatia and died January 7th 1943 in New York City. His inventions and research of electricity has given us most of our modern way of life. Tesla is known for Inventing things such as the AC engine(allowing electricity to travel long distances), Tesla coil(Allowing electricity to travel short distances through air) but it is those small things that he discovered along the way that has made him a mystery more then a scientist. He was the first person to use switches to turn on off connections which led many people to believe that he was the first to use binary code in developing his wireless remote control. He first used a remote control device in 1898 to control a boat.
Since Tesla had a photographic memory and was able to work and test things out in his head many of his ideas were never preserved. The papers that he had went missing after his death and some people believe this was a government conspiracy. Since Tesla was experimenting with electricity and magnetic movement which he drew out pictures of future aircrafts that resemble UFO’s, lead many to believe the Roswell crash and other UFO sitings were part of a government cover up where the stolen papers reviled how to build such a craft.
I will be adding many things in this section on the blog about Tesla. Many sites are dedicated to him and have wonderful resources about the “man and his wicked mind.” I find that over the years many people have been interested in his inventions and way of thinking as we can see he was truly a man out of time and the father of radio wave transmission.
